1. Acceptance
By using staydominant.com or any Dominant service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and physically located in a U.S. state where Dominant operates. You must provide accurate, current information.
3. The Service
Dominant operates a technology platform that connects users with independent licensed healthcare providers and dispensing pharmacies. Dominant does not itself provide medical care. The provider-patient relationship exists between you and the licensed clinician.
4. No Guarantee of Treatment
Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment is at the sole clinical discretion of the licensed provider, who may decline based on your medical history, contraindications, or applicable law.
5. Subscription & Billing
Some products renew on a recurring basis. You can cancel any time via your account or by contacting support. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Prohibited Use
- Sharing prescribed medications
- Misrepresenting identity or medical history
- Reselling, reverse-engineering, or scraping the service
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominant disclaims all warranties and limits liability to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive class actions. [TODO: full arbitration clause to be drafted by counsel.]
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
